Feliz Navidad

Oh my! It's so cold. As I type a message to one of my friends, I felt my hands freezing. It's nearly Christmas. I wonder how cold it is in places outside the country.

Last night, I found time to decorate the Christmas tree. As I was doing the chore, I was thinking when to buy clothes for me and for my mom. We usually go to malls to buy clothes and new shoes. Aside from attending mass, this is one of our rituals (hehe!) every year before Christmas. I really love being with my mom. Also, seeing happy people together with their relatives and loved ones every Christmas. In addition to gift giving, gatherings such as Christmas parties and reunions are the most awaited part during Christmas. I love to see christmas decorations and hear children singing christmas carols. I also love preparing food for christmas eve and eating together with the family.

Christmas brings happiness and love to each and every one indeed.

But after thinking of those happy moments, it just came to my thought that not all people are celebrating Christmas this way. There are the unfortunate ones who are still striving for food and don't have anything new to wear every Christmas. I just hope that someday their lives will be better like the others.
